Collection: White Teas

White tea is less processed and often has a higher level of antioxidants while having less caffeine than other varieties of Camellia sinensis. Beyond its health properties, white teas offer sweet, light, and refreshing notes which have long made white teas a favorite beverage.

White teas are made from the buds of new growth and young leaves of the tea plant. As soon as the leaves are picked, they are dried to stop oxidation, retaining high concentrations of catechins and antioxidants. White teas also tend to contain higher ratios of buds to leaves, making it a smoother tea with less caffeine and producing delicate, lingering sweet flavors.
