SILVER NEEDLE WHITE TEA
SILVER NEEDLE WHITE TEA

Tender buds only — no leaves, no stems, nothing else. Picked from ancient high-altitude tea plants in the mountains of Lincang, wilted slowly, dried on their own time. White tea at its most minimal and its most complex, which are not contradictions here. The Canyon Road patio in a cup: unhurried, layered, worth every moment of stillness it asks for.
Taste: Sweet and viscous — sugarcane, lychee, and honeydew warmth build in waves with a long clean sweetness that keeps arriving. Full in the mouth with virtually no bitterness. A cup that rewards the guest who has finally decided they have nowhere else to be.
Ingredients: Silver Needle white tea, buds only (Lincang, Yunnan, China)
Steeping Guide:
1 heaping tsp.
6 oz. at about 195° water
Steep 2–3 minutes
Gongfu style: short steeps for the first 3–4 infusions; 7–8 infusions
