KING OF DUCK SHIT OOLONG

This revered Oolong tea from Guangdong Province clearly has a name that did not originate from a great marketing mind. Rumor has it that the village where this tea is grown didn’t want anybody to discover the secret to this prized tea's cultivation, so when people asked what the secret was to this delicious tea (which tastes and smells nothing like its name), the response was “Duck shit…” The tea itself is lightly oxidized and highly aromatic with flowers, honey, and longan notes.

Steeping Guide:

1 heaping tsp. 
6 oz. at 196° water 
Steep 3-5 minutes
