Rare Dan Cong oolong grown from trees older than the first gallery ever opened on Canyon Road — intensely floral, layered, and impossible to describe adequately to someone who hasn't tried it yet. Order it. Then you'll know.
Taste: Intensely floral — orchid and raw honey lead, stone fruit and mineral depth follow from very old trees in very particular soil. The finish stays longer than you expect. Most astonishing on infusions three through six. Don't rush this one.
