The golden tips tell you something before the water ever touches them. Pure spring bud shoots from Yunnan province — processed with a restraint that lets the leaf say everything itself. You'll understand when you taste it.
Taste: Thick and naturally honey-sweet with not a trace of bitterness — dark malt opens into chocolate, dried fruit, and a faint spice finish that lingers like late afternoon light on adobe walls. Drink it plain. Milk would only get in the way.
Ingredients: Yunnan black tea, golden bud tips (Simao, Yunnan, China)
Steeping Guide:
1 heaping tsp.
6 oz. at about 195° water
Steep 3–4 minutes
No milk needed
Gongfu style: quick rinse, then steeps starting at 10 seconds
