Gluten-Free Breakfast & Brunch on Canyon Road
At Santa Fe Teahouse & Bistro, gluten-free dining is central to our kitchen. Our dishes are prepared from scratch without gluten-containing ingredients, and we use dedicated gluten-free fryers and toasters.
Our menu can be adapted for gluten-free dining, with only four externally sourced items containing gluten: locally made sourdough bread, flour tortillas, croissants and English muffins.
We offer gluten-free bread, gluten-free muffins and locally made corn tortillas as substitutions. Lettuce wraps are also available upon request.
Guests with celiac disease or gluten-related dietary restrictions are encouraged to inform their server when ordering so our kitchen can take appropriate precautions.
Join us for breakfast and brunch beginning at 8 AM, Thursday through Monday, at 821 Canyon Road in Santa Fe.
