Chamomile has been the answer to a difficult day for roughly 4,000 years. Whole flowers, not fannings — the difference shows in the cup every single time. This is the tea Canyon Road ends with when the galleries close and the light has finally done its last spectacular thing. The cup that doesn't need a reason. No further explanation required.
Taste: Soft apple-like sweetness with a gentle floral warmth and a light honey note on the finish. Golden and smooth and naturally calming in a way that arrives without announcement and stays without demanding anything in return. The cup the evening has been waiting for.
Ingredients: Chamomile flowers (whole)
Steeping Guide:
1 heaping tsp.
6 oz. at 212° water
Steep 5–10 minutes
Best as an evening tea
Caffeine-free.
