Hibiscus is the reason crimson exists as a color worth naming. It's that vivid, that saturated, that impossible to look away from. At The Teahouse we serve it to guests who want something dramatic without caffeine — and it delivers on that promise every time, from the moment hot water touches the flowers to the very last tart sip of the afternoon.
Taste: Intensely tart and fruited with a cranberry-like depth and a bright floral sweetness underneath. Pure hibiscus, nothing added. Brilliant deep red in the cup and spectacular over ice in the Canyon Road summer heat. Sweeten to taste — it earns the honey every time.
Ingredients: Hibiscus flowers
Steeping Guide:
1 heaping tsp.
