MORI KOUGEI Tsuki-Jiri Tea & Sushi Serving Tray

Handcrafted in Tokushima, Japan by MORI KOUGEI, wood craftsmen since 1953. Each tray is made from tsuki-jiri, the solid wood left after the workshop slices veneer, so every piece carries its own natural grain. Use it to serve tea with sweets, or sushi and small plates.

• Flat, Ridged (hand-carved surface), Flat Indigo or Ridged Indigo (natural fermented indigo from Tokushima)
• Approx. 5.9" × 12.6" × 0.5"
• For food at room temperature or gently warm; avoid setting a hot teapot directly on the surface
• Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Do not soak or put in the dishwasher.
• Made in Tokushima, Japan. Grain and tone vary from tray to tray.
